Abstract
In order to collect basic data of the residential environment for nursing families including life support facilities and services, planning of childcare facilities and play rooms attached to condominiums were investigated. At the same time, evaluation for such attached childcare facilities by resident of condominium were researched. They were found that (1) childcare facilities are taken less advantage because of their expensive fee and have several common problems in their equipment and (2) in general, play rooms are too small and have few problems on safeties.
