Abstract
This paper has an aim to clarify effectuating conditions of small private companies' contributive activities to communities, particularly primary and secondary schools' environmental education. 102 companies of manufacturing industry in Utsunomiya City and Yokohama City were investigated through questionnaire. As results, companies seem to be more passive about self active program than that of requested. Few program were found concerning supporting activities to schools' environmental education. Public informative supports as well as making opportunities capable of combining companies' supply with schools' demand, however, are thought to be effective to promoting small companies' contributive activities.
