Abstract
In this study examine that we calculate the price right to the land property tax, how to get an objective view of the street system is one of the factors may land formation, land tax assessment for property tax Uji, Kyoto studied as a control. The concept of network topology to classify the factors indicating the street line, tried to measure the results objectively and quantitatively. Could be classified according to objective factors such as land prices may strain according to the property tax street. As a result, acquired factors for GIS, verification was possible.
