Abstract
Onioshidashi lava flow, flowed out in the end of Tenmei eruption in 1783 spreading to the northern slopes of Mt. Asama, is now covered with various types of vegetation. The vegetation types on the lava flow are considered to be distributed corresponding to morphology, grain size of sediment and structure of the lava flow surface.
