Abstract

It is necessary to take into consideration collectively the time when rocal circulation is formed. At taking into consideration the increase tendency of heavy rainfall frequency in and around urban climate, climatic change, etc. The time which they actualize may also have change. This study indicated temporaly and regionality of the characterstic of the rainfall property.
