Abstract
From the reflection which has caused the pollution problem over many years, administration is mentioned and the environment policy and the global warming policy are advanced in Kawasaki.Moreover, because it is a good city of access to the center of Tokyo, after rapid economic growth, an increase in population is remarkable and developed as a good residential town.Many factory sites are converted into research-and-development institutions, large-scale commercial establishments, photovoltaic power plant, wind plant, etc. for the self-renewal from an industrial pollution city, and city planning by which life environment was improved is promoted.
