Abstract
This study clarifies the structure of food supply for the school meals in Joso City through an analysis of the linkage between the utilization of local agricultural products and the response of the regional farmers. The regional characteristics are summarized as follows: the realization of local production for local production for local consumption in Joso city, the mutual trust between JA and the regional farmers and the social motivation of the regional farmers for the supply of the local agricultural products in school meals.
