Abstract
Collaborative studies on living environment and residents health in temporary housing have been conducted by the Study Group on Recovery of the Areas Affected by the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake. This presentation aims to integrate studies on room climate in temporary housing, physical activities of daily living of temporary housing residents, mental health of the residents with various experience related with tsunami disasters, spatial characteristics of living behavior of the residents in Miyako city, Iwate prefecture. After considering these on the personal scale comprehensively and corroboratively, our study group proposes improvements about life in temporary housing.
