Abstract
Aged people will have difficulty to spend their daily lives as usual, when they give up driving cars. Although the rate of people (65years old and over) is increasing even in suburbs under the demographic changes, the service levels of public transportation and facilities for daily use were decreased, particularly in the middle-sized cities. This study clarify accessibility was declined by measuring access times from each determined living points to facilities; for example, the rate of people who is able to have access to main station (city centre) is decreased from 1995 to 2005.
