Abstract
The purpose of this study is to make clear the actual situation on the retirement's settling down and aging at residential site in Kitsuregawa, Tochigi Prefecture located in exurb of outer Tokyo Metropolitan area. In this study have been chosen two residential site where View Forest Kitsuregawa and Fiore Kitsuregawa developed by the JR East from 1992. These residential sites with spa and forest are changing to the senior town gradually. So, various and serious problems for inhabitants are caused by the accessibility, location of residential site and aging people.
