Abstract

In Asia we can find many types of modern cities. Some of them are colonial cities or treaty port cities which were founded by the reaty concluded with Western countries.  But many of them are traditional cities which have changed their features by urbanization and industrialization which were promoted by western inpact. Shinkyo (Xinjing) was the capital city of Machuria and after the communist revolution it became the central city of North East District. Here I will make clear about successive relation between Shinkyo and today's Changchun.
