Abstract
The leitmotif of research is a criticism of the space policy for ZUS(les Zones Urbaines Sensible) of France.
The conflict occurred between the second generation people of immigrants and police riot squads is deeply related with the government policy for ZUS.
Furthermore, as an undercurrent of conflict, the Post-colonialism agaist Muslim immigrants, Universalism of the republic and Multiculturalism of EU are confront each other, and cause a serious trilemma of France.
