Abstract
Area Management concept, which means management of public area by private power, for sustainable land management on population decline and aging age is needed in all national territory of Japan. In this concept we need to discuss these four conditions, 1) how can we identify [a certain homogeneous character Area], 2) how can we form [new public private partnerships], 3) how do we determine the [management direction], and 4) how can we [financially support]. In this symposium we can present the useful method of National Area Management of UK and discuss about the possibility of application in Japan.
