Abstract
There is an active fault investigation as one of geological surveys. I have 2 of geographical sense necessary to an active fault investigation. 1 is selection in an investigation place. 1 is understanding of the topography of the environment related to interpretation of the stratum. The student who learned a geography can understand a map. There are a case that this ability understands the topography of the neighborhood well and concerning. When working, this ability is necessary as well as is an important element.
