Sliding collapse of filled-up land occurs at the large scale residential filled-up land triggered by strong earthquake motion. In order to counter the phenomenon, it is necessary to extract the position and shape of filled-up land. In this study, I examined an efficient generating method of former topographic data by using SfM/MVS technique and aerial photograph taken by U.S. Armed Forces. This work is supported by JPSP KAKENHI Grant Number JP15K16288.
As a result of analysis, horizontal accuracy (RMSE) of ortho-image and vertical accuracy (RMSE) of 5m-resoution DSM data generated by SfM/MVS were 1.77m and 2.15m, respectively. As the DSM data has many noisy swelling, I tried an averaging processing with 3-by-3 pixel spacing size. Difference of elevation between the averaging DSM and other DEM produced by photogrammetry was inside of 5m generally.
