I identified 34 settlement’s relocation movements till the 1933 tsunami hazard by referring Yamaguchi’s
article (1967). 6 of them is group relocation. Only 1 relocated settlement, however, could escape severe damage of the 2011 tsunami. I identified 77 settlement’s relocation movements after the 1933 tsunami hazard by referring Yamaguchi’s article also. 25 of them is group relocation. We cann't recognize considerable positive effect of group relocation to escape severe damage by tsunami hazard. Following conditions have obstructed the relocation movements of settlements along the ria coast. Topographical condition: Steep slope behind coastal settlements, Economic condition: Strong dependence on the fishing industries, Living condition: Difficulties of water supply and transportation among neighboring settlements.

Mangoku-ura inland sea is well-known as the production area of oyster seeds.
Owing to its balloon like form, Mangoku-ura was mostly protected against the severe
tsunami disaster in 2011's East Japan Earthquake, which supported early
recovery of the oyster production villages in the damaged Sanriku Coast. providing
the oyster seeds escaped from the severe damage.
This report will clarify the system of oyster seeds' production and utilization in the narrow inland fishery ground in Mangoku-ura.

Sliding collapse of filled-up land occurs at the large scale residential filled-up land triggered by strong earthquake motion. In order to counter the phenomenon, it is necessary to extract the position and shape of filled-up land. In this study, I examined an efficient generating method of former topographic data by using SfM/MVS technique and aerial photograph taken by U.S. Armed Forces. This work is supported by JPSP KAKENHI Grant Number JP15K16288.
As a result of analysis, horizontal accuracy (RMSE) of ortho-image and vertical accuracy (RMSE) of 5m-resoution DSM data generated by SfM/MVS were 1.77m and 2.15m, respectively. As the DSM data has many noisy swelling, I tried an averaging processing with 3-by-3 pixel spacing size. Difference of elevation between the averaging DSM and other DEM produced by photogrammetry was inside of 5m generally.

The 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake Disaster has started by the twice earthquakes with seismic intensity
7 at the epicenters, and occurred so many evacuees from destroyed houses to the
evacuation centers in each community in Kumamoto Prefecture in Kyushu island, Japan.
Characteristic of the disaster are that the number of the partially destroyed
houses is much more than one of the completely destroyed and the half destroyed,
and that there are residential land damages by cracks and collapses with small magnitude.
So many evacuees are not compensated enough for the partially destroyed houses
and residential land damages.

We discussed the diurnal variation of the station air-pressure due to the heat island in Tokyo in summer and compared it in ssion i1950-1969(1st period) with that in 1990-2009(2nd period). We obtain the results that in th 1st period daytime air-pressure depression is clearly observed, but in the 2nd period,it is not so clear. Nocturnal air-pressure in the 1st period tends to rise a little, but in the 2nd period to depress.

In this study, the significance of the "community" is investigated, focusing on the practice of employment and life support for people with mental disabilities. Users understand the venues of support practices as "one's place" in the "community", but such places are only a temporary "shelter" out of the "community". Here, the "community" is assumed to be an "able-bodied" society and space. The social division between the "disabled" and "able-bodied" is reinforced and reproduced through dualistic constitution of the society and space. It is suggested that seeking the ideal method of carrying out supports based on the substantial community is necessary.
