Abstract
Some international organisations advocate the green growth/economy. The notion of green growth/economy chiefly addresses the national economy so that less attention has been paid to the present situations and their consequences of such green growth/economy at the regional level. The purpose of the present study is to identify effects of environmental technology policies on regional green establishments and jobs in Sweden. As a result, using the panel data analysis, it was revealed that the Swedish environmental technology strategy along with regional economic conditions and political environments influenced green establishments and jobs at the regional level.
