Abstract
To Activate outreach the author supervise the cartoon media ”Konan ” in cartographic education.  ”Konan” is the famous cartoon media book in Japan. Using cartoon is the most usefull tool for youg students and teenager for popularization of cartographic education. In 1860-70 during Meiji Restoratio, Yukichi Fukuzawa who is a founder of Keio Gijyuku published the World Geography the text book  “Sekaikunizukushi” and became a best seller book. This is also active outreach activity.
