Abstract
In this research, we analyzed the meaning and effect of the place of exchange in neighborhood, in case of Kita-senri area exchange meeting in Suita City. As a place and/or opportunity of exchange are required for network formation, we set up chat session in various area. Various network activities are deployed from the platform where people gather.
