Abstract
Hyogo ken Kawanishi shi Kurokawa, which is taken up as a case in
this research, is located in the north and north of Kawanishi city, and is an
area sandwiched between Osaka prefecture's Nose-cho and Toyono-cho. It is also
designated as a green area conservation area near the Ina gawa Valley
prefectural prefectural natural park and Hokuso Suidama mountain area, and it
is called "Satoyama in Japan," as the production site of the tea
ceremony's high-end coal "Chrysanthemum coal." The raw material of
the chrysanthemum is Daiba Kunugi, so it has been said from the chrysanthemum
industry that has been continuing since the Muromachi era, such as cutting out
the trees of this mountain kunugi and burning charcoal, and the biodiversity
inhabiting is there. However, the producer of that chrysantte has already
become one, and it has become difficult to preserve the landscape of the
satoyama that needs human hands. Therefore, in this research, considering
whether it is possible to increase the momentum of active activity in the Kurokawa
area through communicating with local residents as a result of collection of
old photographs.
