Abstract
I am considering a method to create former topographic data by using SfM/MVS technique and aerial photographs taken by U.S. Armed Forces for contributing to countermeasure the sliding collapse of filled-up land triggered by strong earthquake motion, and Nakano (2016) reported a case of Hanshin area. In this presentation, I will report a case of Sendai area. This work is supported by JPSP KAKENHI Grant Number JP15K16288.
As a result of analysis and verification in 3 patterns, all patterns had large RMSE of several meters level, and the accuracy was insufficient. It is thought that this is due to low accuracy of acquisition of GCPs and low duplication rate due to blurring etc. of U.S. Armed Forces aerial photographs. In addition, it was indicated that better model can be created by using a large number of aerial photographs in combination even with aerial photographs of different photography sessions.
