Abstract
This talk intorduces current progess of Global Climate Change Downscaler that can project future urban climate and evaluate impact of mitigation and adaptation pocies for uncomfortable thermal environment. Downscaler was originally developed by the S-8 project but tody it is improving by SI-CAT project.
