Abstract
Republic of Kiribati is now faced the possibility of submergence of national land by global warming, deterioration of underground water quality, and the insufficiency of drinking and agricultural water by the precipitation fluctuation. In this research, we will make clear the possibility of forecast the weather several months onward by the climate analyzing for the global atmospheric circulation and the ocean. We will also introduce new technology into farming and develop the precipitation fluctuation predictable early warning system combined with them, and then strength a social resilience of tropical islands.
