Abstract
The purpose of this report is to investigate the commuting areas of experts working at nursing care companies located in Oita-city. This is important to consider how those companies acquire experts effectively.
According to a questionnaire, it was made clear that over 90 percent of male experts were regular employees, while the percent of female regular experts were between 50 to 70. Furthermore, over 90 percent of regular experts were commuting over 2 kilometers away from homes, while about 65 percent of irregular ones were. This results from different amount of bonus and commuting allowances between regular and irregular experts.
