Study on the Way of Regional Activity in Suburban rural Area

Abstract

This study analyzes the background of the expansion and review of the system, taking as an example the case of a specially designated area system in Hyogo prefecture, which is developing a flexible development permit system that is compatible with the land use specific to rural areas near the city. The survey results showed that the current status of local activities in the urbanization control area was determined based on the status of area designation by 13 local governments and the current status of development and building permits that utilize the specially designated area system in Hyogo Prefecture. It turned out that the residence area was set on the base. Correspondingly, the number of building permits has also been shown to increase resident residence.
