This research tried to find out how many hours the optimal temperatures were observed through the one year. The author defined that the optimal temperatures are 20-24.9C without using any complex parameters. 8 AMeDAS observatories in Tokyo metropolitan area were analyzed from January to December, 12 months. The optimal temperatures are 1600 hours (18.22%) at Nerima, 1694 hours(19.30%) at Ogouchi. 2020 was a leap year, then one year had 8784 hours. The optimal temperatures were counted 18-20% through the year.
