The presenter will make a presentation about the last interglacial terrace of the river Uji. It is made up by strongly weathered thick gravel and sand and silt layers. The humic silt in this terrace deposits yields pollen assemblages with illuminate leaf tree. It is deformed by three active structures, and total vertical displacement is about 150 to 160m.
