Abstract

Even if a municipalities and residents abandon an active sustentation of a community, we cannot neglect the depopulated area in which 10 million or more people live. If that is right, even if it ages, while making the area maintain, people need to perform that the area is how small-scale and the community development which can live richly. the keyword forrowing by Ryo Yamazaki (2016) is " Shrinking and Fulling " of a local community. In this report, I define " Shrinking and Fulling " as "the production of structure which can live richly even if population decreases while maintaining minimum population required in order to make a local community maintain."
