The author developed a new method of forecasting small area populations in 2017 and has constructed web mapping systems for Japan, the State of Washington, and Taiwan by applying the method to open data of their countries/areas. This study introduces the Web Mapping System of Small Area Population Projections for the US (https://onl.la/HfU9yPZ), newly released in April 2022. The calculation in this system was performed using ACS population data at the Block Group level. We smoothed the CCR and CWR indispensable for the Hamilton-Perry method, before applying it, using Inoue's method in two steps. This two-step method had already been adopted in the system for WA.
