Patient: A 47-year-old male patient came to our clinic with a chief complaint of gum swelling on the right side of his mandibular first molar. This tooth had undergone hemisection and a (6)6(5)| bridge was performed. Caries was observed on many teeth.
Discussion: Since the patient was to undergo crown prosthodontic treatment on the right and left maxillary canine teeth, the anatomy of the canine teeth was reproduced preoperatively by fabricating a custom incisal table, and the patient was transferred to a final prosthetic appliance.
Conclusion: Good results were obtained by preserving the function of the occlusal style of the natural teeth.
