Patient: The patient was a 29-year-old female with the main complaints of masticatory disturbance and an esthetic problem caused by the missing central incisor on right upper jaw. A zirconia bridge prosthesis treatment was performed because it provides good esthetics and high functionality. In addition, it was difficult to insert an implant due to the lack of space in that part, and the patient requested improvement of malocclusion.
Discussion: Three years have passed since the final prosthesis was mounted. The transition to the final prosthesis went smoothly by using a semi-adjustable articulator and provisional restoration.
Conclusion: The all-ceramic bridge for the defective upper right central incisor provided good esthetics, functionality and satisfaction for the patient.
