Theory and poliy in the modern bibliography it eduational significance

Abstract

Discussing critically two types of bibliography, one stressing text critics, and the other physical descriptions. The characteristics of the modern bibliography are analysed. For libraries, descriptive theory should be established as a role of the modern bibliography and be applied accordings to the types of libraries, public and research situations, and so on, in terms of omission or adaptation, as a cataloging policy.
