Abstract
Consists of the residents at Old Yahazu nursing care home managed by Mayor of Matsuura City, were dementia, mental handicaps, and no income clients. The residents need support because they could not live alone, kept problems to their health, and held a little money. Takumi Yoshimizu, chief director of Akane Medical Company, and Chikako Yoshimizu, chief director of Akatsuki Welfare Corporation took over the Mayor and built newly the Yahazu Healthy Living for Seniors to live more like a human. Surveyed the residents after 4 months data indicated that bath room and dining hall were wide and bright, further more we made support plans to live actively so that increase QOL. The super market, mini-city hall, fire department, police box, mail station located near the building and toilet and rest room were installed at individual room, visiting a hospital was escorted by car, those made their heart comfortable, so the quarrel decreased. Common space clean up made them feel valuable existence as a human being. The good plans could induce active and valuable life.
