Abstract
Death is not always the miserable defeat of life, but also valuable existence, and it is the flight to heaven. Hospice care is any form of medical care or treatment that concentrates on reducing the severity of disease symptoms or slowing the disease's progress, rather than providing a cure. We experienced the over 3,500 hospice patients and performed to critical care and to understand existence of humanity. . In this report, we show our cases considering four next situations. A: Symptom control. B: Communication. C: Supports to families. D: Spiritual care.
