Although one expects the data of greenhouse-gas using a commercial type high resolution FT-IR are useful to solve a global warming phemomenom, the effects on line shape of measurement parameters are not reported. We have, using a Bruker IFS-120HR high resolution FT-IR, studied the line shape of the CO2 fundamental band at 2360cm-1. We found that the instrumental resolution of 0.1cm-1 is not sufficient for studying the gases at normal pressure. The effect on the intensity of apodization functions was observed when the measurement was performed at 0.01cm-1 resolution. We also presented the data of several Freon gases.
