SIMPLE AND RAPID METHOD FOR DETERMINING TRACE AMOUNTS OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONTAMINANTS WITH DETECTOR TUBE SYSTEM

Abstract

Detector tube, an integral-and-direct-reading method, was combined with operations such as trapping (absorption, absorption and filtration), aeration, redox reaction and pyrolyzing, and applied to more kinds of environmental samples and smaller amounts of contaminants in them than itself alone. The system for samples of exhaust gases, workers environments, atmosphere and river and waste waters, and the performance were described.
