Based on the X-ray scattering intensity theory, the of the degree of crystallinity formulae of the crystalline polymers have been clearly defined. The formula of degree of crystallinity are derived in terms of the WAXD theory and improved graphic multipeak resolution methods. The results are discussed with some typical example.
