Abstract
The X-ray crystal structure of the antimalarial bis{N-(pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxalin-4-yl)-3-aminopropyl}piperazine was established. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c. Solid-state data could be used to enlighten the mechanism of action, implicating the binding of this new antimalarial bispyrroloquinoxaline to β-hematin.
