The title compound was synthesized and its structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction. This compound crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with cell parameters of a = 8.7851(10)Å, b = 11.5515(12)Å, c = 12.9424(13)Å, α = 74.333(7)°, β = 73.460(7)°, γ = 68.959(7)°, and Z = 2; the final residual factor is R = 0.0304 for 3805 reflections.
