Abstract

Effect of grape seed polyphenol on the tolerance for low oxygen stress was examined in red sea bream Pagrus major by adding commercially-prepared grape seed extract to its artifical diet. As a result, the hypoxia resistance was fairly improved under the existence of the extract in its diet.
