Abstract
This paper aims to evaluate effectiveness of rural road improvement using questionnaire survey for residents. Effectiveness of road improvement is measured by not only aggregate analysis but also ordered probit model. It is found to improve ‘Vitalization of transport behavior’, ‘Customer satisfaction for road improvement’, ‘Living environment of community’ and ‘Settlement intention in the community’ are applied as evaluation indicators.
