Abstract

In this paper, irrigation pond management in Inami-town, Hyogo prefecture as a case, we examined possession tendency of the knowledge which relates to local resources management and showed its succession problem. The result of investigation, it became clear that tacit knowledge plays an integral role in irrigation pond management. But, there is an uneven distribution in possession tendency of tacit knowledge. In addition, it is feared that the mechanism of knowledge succession is lost, there is a possibility the knowledge which relates to local resource management not being succeeded.
