Abstract
The main aims of this research are to figure out conditions of agricultural management and living environment in agricultural community in which inhabitants of farmers are relatively young. We illustrated mainly two types of agricultural community which young people inhabit. (1) The percentage of young agricultural labors is relatively high, and both large arable land and the added value of products are very important in its agricultural management. (2) Many of the farmhouses do farming as a side job, and roles of elder farmers and young non-farmers are clearly separated from the viewpoint of community economy. To increase the number of young inhabitants, it is important to secure living environment especially in a distant place from the city area.
