Development of the regional diagnosis technique for regional activity promotion

Abstract

  Depopulation and aging are remarkable for the Hilly and Mountainous Area in Yamaguchi Prefecture, and these areas are difficult to maintenance. However, there are people who work on the development of the village by using direct payment policy for farmers in hilly and mountainous areas.
   In this situation, it is necessary that the grasp of the problem and people' s cooperative relationships to advance activation regardless of the condition in the region.
  Therefore, I created to the diagnosis techniques for promote regional activities, grasp the actual conditions of region, and notes in organization management.
