Abstract
We studied the management of 4 farmer's restaurants in Tohoku area and their economic effects on their region. As the result, 3 farmer's restaurants are managing in sound condition, but 1 farmer's restaurant has some deficit. And it was shown that farmer's restaurant lead to some economic effects on their region. That is; farmer's restaurants attract 50-90% customers from outside the region. By efforts to hire staffs and to purchase agricultural products from inside the region, 65-90% of sales of farmer's restaurant are paid inside the region.
