A Case Study on Support for Housing Reconstruction Plan and Relocation Plan of the House to the Heights by Public Participation in Goishi area Ofunato City Iwate Prefecture.

Abstract

This paper is a discussion based on the report of my activity in the support to the housing reconstruction plan and altitude relocation housing program by public participation in Goishi area Ofunato city Iwate Prefecture. Through support activities of more than two years, I understood the difficulty of transfer heights residential construction by public participation. I was thinking that there is a cause that is difficult to support the government plan has public funds to the rebuilding of the house is the private property of individuals this problem. The author discussed the need to provide support to community participation in order to fill the support that is not prudent to rural planners.
