Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to clarify reorganization subject of community hall in rurban area of the depopulation. New residents' community halls are located in inconvenient sites, and there are no other community facilities either. So the efficiency of new inhabitants' community halls are worse than old inhabitants community halls. New residents tend to use communityc halls in the individual. New residents are easy to change activity consciousness, community consciousness. Then, a part of new inhabitants tend to be dependent old inhabitants on the management of the community. We propose 3 points.
1. The regulation for community halls are revised in order to activate the community work by the individual utilization.
2. Some new residents communities share one community hall.
3. New residents use community facilities in the town.
