Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to research on the actual condition of maintenances party that is managing Friendly waterside Using Agriculture Water facilities. We collected data from three parties classified depending on property by means of the hearing survey and questionnaire survey. These results lead to the conclusion as bellow. 1) A strong relationship has been found between ratios of belongs to party and activity of maintenances. 2) The coefficient of utilization of Friendly waterside facilities exerted a low effect upon activity of maintenances. 3) There are different demands (a subsidy from administration, a leader of important, a shift in generation of member) in accordance with maintenances party in order to continually maintenances activity
