1. The gastric juice secreted by sham feeding has no pharma-cologieal actions on the isolated frog heart, isolated rabbit intestine, and isolated rabbit uterus.
2. The actions of the gastric juice secreted by histamine in-jection on the isolated intestine and uterus of rabbit, are similar to those of histamine itself.
3. The gastric juice secreted by choline injection probably contains choline.
4. The actions of the gastric juices secreted by injection of parasympathomimetic drugs, such as muscarine, neurine, pilocarpine, physostigmine on the isolated frog heart and isolated rabbit intestine, are generally similar to those of the parasympathomime-tic drugs themselves.
5. The action of the gastric juice secreted by metbylguanidine injection on the isolated m. gastrocnemius of the frog, is similar to that of methylguanidine itself.
