抄録

It has been realized that the production of hexosemonophos-phoric acid and free sugar from hexosediphosphoric acid by autolyzed tissues is not always connected with the formation of methylglyoxal. Monophosphorie acid and free sugar might be the products of the simple hydrolysis of diphosphorie-ester by ordinary phosphatase which does not take part directly in the decomposition of diphosphoric ester into methylglyoxal.
